leaders of tomorrow exchange program (LOT), is an online program for students from all over the world who are between the age of 15-19. Main theme of the program for the year 2020 is (POSITIVE CHANGE). Main activities of the program are going to be:- 

• dialogue sessions, 
• video calls, 
• online workshops. 

Summary of LOT

Participants will be engaged in learning about cultural diversity and the differences among other participants, and accepting those differences. The program will enhance understanding between youth of Iraq, United States, and, Mexico by engaging them in the Leaders of Tomorrow exchange program (LOT) activities which will take all the participants out of their comfort zone and enable them to understand other countries’ cultures, traditions, languages. After these activities participants will develop a mentality of solving conflicts. Further, The purpose is to build mutual understanding and cooperation, improving problem-solving skills and critical thinking and elevate young awareness into making peace leaders and ambassadors.

In addition, The participants of leaders of tomorrow exchange program (LOT) are a group of purposeful young people who have a sense of responsibility towards their countries and the world. Further, They have their own experiences that make us really special than the others and they have passion. The participants believe that a change is possible through mutual understanding and resolving conflicts by developing a strong understanding of other nations and, are able to build a better future for all.

Furthermore, The mission of the participants is to promote peace, spread love, develop a better understanding among people of other nations and to raise awareness about the importance of strengthening the relationships between all, also,  that their differences are what makes them special and increase value, and it doesn’t actually cause them the problems. Further, the Leaders Of Tomorrow Exchange Program (LOT) is funded by the World Learning DYLEP Fellowship.

Eligibility

To qualify for Leaders of tomorrow exchange program 2020 candidates must

• Have proficiency in English in speaking, writing, and listening.
• Constant access to the internet during the week
• Be at least 15 years old but not more than 19 years old.
• Applicants are NOT eligible to apply if they have already participated in any exchange programs.
